TRUCKADSŪ Conditions
of Sale Warranties

Subject
to the terms and conditions of this Warranty, TRUCK ADS warrants the
patented TRUCK ADSŪ Frame System to be free from defects in material,
workmanship and operation present at time of shipment from the factory
for a LIFETIME after the date of installation, by the original
purchaser.

|
LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES
Except as expressly stated
otherwise in this Warranty, TRUCK ADSŪ product literature, packaging
inserts or product packaging for individual products, TRUCK ADSŪ
MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,
BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION
ARISING OUT OF A COURSE OF DEALING, CUSTOM OR USAGE OF TRADE, EXCEPT
AS STATED. Except where prohibited by law, TRUCK ADSŪ will not be
liable for any loss or damage arising from the TRUCK ADSŪ product, whether
direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, regardless of
legal theory asserted, including warranty, contract, negligence or strict
liability. No employee, representative or agent nor any other person
has authority to assume or incur on behalf of TRUCK ADSŪ any obligation
or liability in place of or in addition to this Warranty.
EXCLUSIONS FROM
WARRANTY
TRUCK ADSŪ Frames are produced
in accordance with the highest American standards of quality and excellence.
All parts are manufactured from the highest quality materials obtainable
and are forensically tagged as proof of origination. TRUCK ADSŪ material
safeguards protect against shipping products of unacceptable quality.
TRUCK ADSŪ is committed to producing each part to the most stringent
human standards of quality and excellence; however, all final decisions
concerning quality and excellence remain exclusively in the discretion
of TRUCK ADSŪ.

Any TRUCK ADSŪ Frame System which has been damaged as a result of
installation contrary to any TRUCK ADSŪ written installation instructions
is not covered by this Warranty.
|
Any TRUCK ADSŪ Frame System which has been modified by any non TRUCK
ADSŪ Frame component is not covered by this Warranty. Component parts
are forensically tagged as proof of origination.
|
Any TRUCK ADSŪ Frame System which has been used to support overweight
or underweight vinyl banner material not specified in the TRUCK ADSŪ
Frame Kit Installation Manual is not covered by this Warranty.
|
Any TRUCK ADSŪ Frame System having a defect caused by neglect, misuse,
abuse or unreasonable or extraordinary use or maintenance, including
torn banners that are not repaired or removed immediately, is not covered
by this Warranty.
|
TRUCK ADSŪ Frame System is susceptible to some of the mushrooms
separating from the frame due to malleability of the material and the
crafting of the product. This occurs after repeated removal and installation
of the banners. This is a natural occurrence and does not reduce the
integrity of the frame system and is not covered by this Warranty.
|
SHELF LIFE: 12 months from the date of purchase. The Frame System
must be installed within twelve (12) months after the purchase date
or the TRUCK ADSŪ Frame System is not covered by this Warranty.

|
STORAGE AND INSTALLATION CONDITION: TRUCK ADSŪ Frame System must
be stored in a humidity controlled and a temperature controlled area
(16C/60F to 27C/80F and 40-60% RH) AND installed in an area above (20C/68F)
or it is not covered by this Warranty.

REMEDIES
If a claim is made under
this Warranty and, after investigation by TRUCK ADSŪ, proves to be valid,
TRUCK ADSŪ will, at its sole option, either repair or replace the defective
product. Upon such a repair or replacement, the original remaining Warranty
period will continue in effect and be applicable to the repaired or
replacement product. If a TRUCK ADSŪ Frame or Frame component covered
by this Warranty has been discontinued at the time of repair or replacement
or if TRUCK ADSŪ determines, in its sole discretion, that such repair
or replacement is inappropriate, TRUCK ADSŪ reserves the right to refund
the original purchase price of the product. Except as expressly provided
in this Warranty to the contrary, TRUCK ADSŪ SHALL NOT BE OBLIGATED
OR LIABLE FOR LABOR OR OTHER COSTS RELATED TO INSTALLATION, REPAIR OR
REPLACEMENT; OR FOR LOSS OF, OR DAMAGE TO, ANY MATERIAL WHICH IS NOT
SOLD BY TRUCK ADSŪ.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
All claims and other communications
under this Warranty must be made to TRUCK ADSŪ (if purchased online
at TRUCK ADSŪ iStore) or to the claimant's TRUCK ADSŪ Resell Vendor
where purchased. Each claim must be in writing, with a brief description
of the defect, and be accompanied by a photo copy of the original purchase
receipt. The claimant must provide to TRUCK ADSŪ or to their TRUCK ADSŪ
Resell Vendor, other information and evidence reasonably required by
TRUCK ADSŪ and, if requested, must permit inspection of the product
by TRUCK ADSŪ or its representatives. If, after investigation, TRUCK
ADSŪ determines that the claim is valid, the remedy will be performed
by or on behalf of TRUCK ADSŪ in accordance with the above heading,
"Remedies."
