Customers, who display ADS on our vehicles or 3rd party vehicles or order printed banners and frames through our web site or otherwise, agree to the following:

All ADS placed on our vehicles or 3rd party vehicles are reviewed for editorial content. If it is necessary to revise an AD, to meet our advertising standards and community guidelines, we will contact you first, to review proposed changes, and obtain written authorization to make any changes.

We promote most businesses, products and services and reserve the right to refuse ADS deemed in non-compliance with our guidelines.  In general,  we only accept AD content that would be acceptable on the main pages or in the classified ads section of mainstream daily newspapers.

You agree not to use any unauthorized copyrighted, trademarked or other similarly protected materials of others in the design and/or wording of any AD you hire us to display.

You agree not to use any libelous, obscene and/or offensive language and/or graphics in the design and/or wording of any AD you hire us to display.

TruckAds® reserves the right to not display any AD which it determines to be libelous, offensive and/or obscene in nature and/or content, and/or in violation of any copyright or trademark laws.

TruckAds® reserves the right to remove any AD from our vehicles or 3rd party vehicles, that we determine is infringing on a trademark or copyright or has been determined by the courts to be illegal for any reason.

Your privacy is secure with TruckAds®. All online transactions on are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.

All banner and frame orders are final and non-refundable. If we decide not to produce your printed banner(s) for any reason, we will refund the amount you paid us, less any creative services incurred as a result of your authorization, and any administrative costs incurred as a result of your online order.

No representations or warranties are made regarding the materials in or operations of this web site. We shall not be liable for damages of any kind that may result from the use of this web site. Materials in and operations of this web site are provided as is and there is no warranty that they will be free from errors and/or interruptions. Any liability to you for any damages or losses of any kind shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the use of this web site and/or any purchase made from us.

Truck Ads, LLC corporate offices are in McLean, Virginia, USA. This site as well as these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia and the USA, regardless of the location of the user, and any claims of any kind related thereto must be filed in the courts located in the City of Fairfax, County of Fairfax and State of Virginia. This represents the entire agreement between you and TruckAds® and may not be modified except by a signed written agreement. If any provision of these terms and agreements shall be declared by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, such provisions shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
